Who’s running this outfit…

My name is Ryan Cook and I’ve been been tinkering with technology from an early age. Whether running simple PA systems at church or school, performing as a musician in a variety of venues, or later leading the service & support department for a large commercial integrator–I’ve just always found myself pressing buttons, running cables, designing systems, and most importantly: helping clients and customers.

Passion for technology has been paired with a desire to help people feel confident in operating their AV systems. Maybe you’re a facilities manager, in the IT department, or some other role that has nothing to do with Audio/Video but you find yourself responsible for it. Let me put some wind in your sails: it’s OK if you don’t know much–or anything–about your AV system.
